TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 26 August 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of netotraffic.com, our related websites, accounts, APIs, and products (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by NetoTraffic (“NetoTraffic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, placing an order, installing our WordPress plugin, connecting an API key, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. What these Terms cover

Depending on what you buy or use, different sections apply:

  • Part A — rules that apply to all Services
  • Part B — website traffic and advertising campaigns
  • Part C — Content Health by NetoTraffic (WordPress plugin) and the AI content API at https://api.netotraffic.com

Part A — General terms

A1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping API keys and login credentials confidential. You may revoke an API key at any time from your netotraffic.com account.

A2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to:

  • violate law, including spam, fraud, phishing, or intellectual-property infringement;
  • attack, overload, or probe our systems without permission;
  • resell or redistribute the Services except as we expressly allow;
  • upload or send content you do not have the right to process;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass credit, rate-limit, or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, or risk to the Services or other customers.

A3. Payments and credits

Paid orders and credit purchases are charged as shown at checkout or in your account. Credits for AI features are deducted when you trigger a paid operation; the plugin shows the cost before you confirm. Unused credits generally remain in your account unless a specific product page states otherwise. Charges for completed deliveries or consumed AI operations are non-refundable except where Part B or Part C says otherwise, or where required by law.

A4. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may change the Services, pricing, packaging, and these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

A5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE uninterrupted availability, specific search rankings, sales, sign-ups, or other business results.

A6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETOTRAFFIC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

A7. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify NetoTraffic against claims arising from your content, your sites or campaigns, your misuse of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.

A8. Contact

Questions: use the contact form, or write to NetoTraffic, 11811 North Fwy #500, Houston, TX 77060, United States. Phone: +1 281 657-9198.

Part B — Website traffic and advertising

This Part applies when you order website traffic, native ads, social traffic, or similar advertising delivery from NetoTraffic.

By placing an order you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms. Your campaign destination must also comply with the rules below.

  1. All payments for advertising must be made in full before the campaign begins.
  2. We will not accept ads or websites that contain, provide, or link to content inappropriate for the general public — including pornography or erotic material; software piracy; hacking; spamming; excessive violence; obscene or abusive content; illegal schemes; false investment advice; deceptive money-making opportunities; or other illegal activity.
  3. Your advertisement page must not contain video or audio set to autoplay; pop-ups, pop-unders, or exit windows; third-party ad networks (for example Adf.ly); scripts that alter browser settings; traffic redirects; or frame-breaking codes. If a popup is added after a campaign starts, we may stop the campaign without refund.
  4. We do not guarantee sales or sign-ups from a traffic campaign and do not refund on that basis. We do commit to deliver the traffic volume you purchased according to the options you selected.
  5. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of campaign start for a partial refund based on unused traffic. You must pause the campaign from your stats control panel. No refund if you used more than 20% of the package or more than 10,000 visitors (whichever is lesser), or if you contact us more than 24 hours after campaign start.
  6. You are responsible for supplying a correct URL. We are not responsible for traffic sent to an incorrect URL you provided.
  7. We are not responsible for factors beyond our control that interfere with delivery — including your server downtime, bandwidth limits, site errors, or network outages beyond our servers.
  8. Third-party counters (including Google Analytics) may not match our delivery counts under high short-term volume. We do not accept those tools as sole proof of delivery. Our customer stats control panel (or an agreed shortener such as Bitly, if you supply the shortened URL when ordering) is the delivery record.
  9. If counts disagree with a third-party tool, both parties agree that NetoTraffic’s delivery report is the controlling evidence.
  10. Campaigns under 10,000 visitors should not run longer than 30 days.
  11. In no event shall NetoTraffic be liable for consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages due to misuse of traffic services.
  12. Services should begin within 48 hours of cleared payment, on a first-come, first-served basis.
  13. By ordering you confirm you have read and understood this Part B in full.

Part C — Content Health by NetoTraffic (plugin and AI API)

This Part applies to the free WordPress plugin Content Health by NetoTraffic and to optional paid AI features that call our API.

C1. Free local audit

The on-site audit (scans, reports, link health checks you start yourself, settings) runs on your WordPress installation. With no API key saved, the plugin does not call netotraffic.com. You remain responsible for backups and for any changes you approve in your site.

C2. Optional AI features

AI features (for example writing meta descriptions, title tags, alt text, author bios, link suggestions, section refreshes, and article drafts) require a netotraffic.com account, an API key you paste into the plugin, and available credits. Nothing is sent to our API unless you have saved a key and you click an action that generates or drafts content. There is no activation ping, no background sync, and no scheduled call-out to our servers.

API endpoint: https://api.netotraffic.com/v1/plugin.

Typical payloads (when you trigger an action) may include your API key, site URL, plugin version, and content you choose to process — such as a post title, URL, and up to about 6,000 characters of post text; image URLs for alt-text suggestions (not the image files themselves); shortlists of other posts’ titles/URLs/excerpts for link suggestions; language, target length, focus keyword, and outlines for drafting. We do not ask the plugin to send personal data about your site’s visitors, users, or customers.

C3. Your content and generated output

You retain rights in content you send us and in content already on your site. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable credits, we grant you a license to use AI output we return for your own sites and marketing. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before publishing. Output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you must not rely on it as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

You represent that you have the rights needed to send us the content you submit and to publish the results.

C4. Credits, pricing, and refunds for AI

Each AI operation consumes credits at the rate shown in the plugin or account before you confirm. Credits are spent when the operation runs, including when you later discard or undo a change on your site. Undoing a change in WordPress does not refund credits. We may refuse or rate-limit abusive or automated use.

C5. Google Search Console (optional, separate)

If you connect Google Search Console inside the plugin, that connection uses your own Google Cloud OAuth credentials. It talks directly to Google; netotraffic.com is not involved and does not receive your Search Console data. That feature is also subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy.

C6. Plugin license

The plugin is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later, as stated in the plugin package. These Terms govern your use of our hosted API and accounts; they do not replace the GPL for the plugin code itself.
