A Step By Step Guide For Buying Website Traffic

Paid website traffic works when three things line up: a clear goal, the right traffic type for how you will measure, and a page that can actually receive the visit. Netotraffic sends unique-IP visits from our ad network to the URL you order. We do not sell Google rankings, guaranteed sales, or AdSense income. Conversion is on your page.
This is the 2026 refresh of the buying guide. Same URL, same five steps. Alexa rank, Goo.gl, and “order 15,000–30,000 or it will not work” are gone. What stays: pick a goal, match the niche, split delivery over days, prepare the page, then track what we delivered.
- Step 1 — Set a campaign goal
- Step 2 — Choose the traffic type
- Step 3 — Fill the order
- Step 4 — Prepare the page
- Step 5 — Track delivery
- Common questions
Step 1 — Set a campaign goal
Write down what a “good” visit would do. The order form cannot infer that. We supply the visitors; turning them into a lead or a sale is the page’s job.
| Goal | What to optimize on the page | Usual traffic type |
|---|---|---|
| See if the page holds | Speed, message match, one clear next step | Small banner test, or native ads if you need GA4 |
| Leads or sign-ups | Short form, geo that can actually convert, no surprise popups | Country-targeted banners or native ads |
| Sales / affiliate | Offer matches the niche; mobile layout if you buy mobile | Targeted banners; native ads if you must prove sessions |
| Exposure / content | Readable post, internal links, not a blank squeeze page | Banners or social, depending on the referrer you want |
| Prove visits in Analytics | GA4 on the exact URL + UTM before checkout | Native ads (GA) only |
Do not set “raise Alexa rank” or “rank #1” as the goal. Paid visits are not SEO. If someone still asks about Alexa traffic as a product, that is a different, narrower page — not this campaign setup.
If the page is not ready, stop here. Run the landing page checklist before you spend.
Step 2 — Choose the traffic type
This is the decision that used to cause the most support tickets. Banner traffic and native ads are not the same product with a different label. Choose by how you will measure, then by geo and niche.
| Banner / website ads | Native ads (GA) | Social | Mobile | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| What it is | Display ads on our network | In-content native ads on partner sites | Placements on networks you pick (Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, and similar) | Visits from phones and tablets |
| Unique IPs | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Stats panel | Primary proof of delivery | Yes, plus GA4 when tagged | Yes | Yes |
| Google Analytics 4 | Often weak or missing referrer — do not treat empty GA4 as a failed order | Yes, if GA4 is on the URL and you add a UTM | Depends on the network; a UTM still helps | Follows the ad type you bought; the page must work on phones |
| Typical use | Volume, unique IPs, fast fill, from $15 | A client or partner who needs sessions in Analytics | A social-looking referrer | App / mobile-first offers |
| Not for | Proving every click in GA4 | Guaranteed rankings or AdSense inflation | Replacing native ads “because Facebook is popular” | Desktop-only funnels |
| Order | Website ads | Native ads | Social traffic | Mobile traffic |
USA state targeting is the same idea as banners, with a tighter geo. See USA / state traffic. Several URLs at once: bulk order (up to 25 URLs). Adult or casino pages belong on those products only — do not send that content through a standard website-ads order.
Clean pages (no load/exit popups, no autoplay sound) usually fill faster. Native ads allow more aggressive page formats than banners; adult and illegal pages are still not allowed there either.
Step 3 — Fill the order
The form looks simple. Most weak campaigns come from a mismatched country, a niche that does not match the page, or a URL that is not the one with the tag.

Number of visitors
Quantity ordered is the minimum we guarantee, unique IPs for that campaign. You do not need 15,000–30,000 to “make it work.” Start with a package you can afford to learn from.
- Page test — a few thousand visitors is enough to see bounce and whether delivery is filling.
- Offer / affiliate — start at the minimum, fix the page if people leave immediately, then scale.
- First-time banner order — capped at 50,000 visitors per campaign on that product type.
- Packages for website ads start around $15. Reorders without a new card: traffic credits.
Organic search still converts better when you have it. Paid traffic is the faster path when you do not. It is not a substitute for a page that does not match the visitor.
Location
Match the geo to the offer. Worldwide is fine for exposure. Leads and sales need the country (or US state) where you can actually close. US and UK often convert better on commercial offers because of buying power — that is not a ranking rule, it is who can pay. Country pages and languages: traffic by location.
Niche
Pick the interest closest to the page. These visitors have not heard of you. A sports niche onto a fashion checkout wastes the order. Health has a general category plus inner categories — use the inner one when it fits.

Time span
Do not dump a large order into a single day unless you have a reason. Spreading delivery gives the page more hours of exposure and is easier to pause if something is wrong.
Practical ranges (not a hard cap except the last line):
- Up to ~20k visitors: about 3–10 days
- ~20k–50k: about 5–20 days
- ~50k–100k: about 20–40 days
- Orders under 10,000 cannot run longer than 30 days — it is not effective for either side
We can send large volume faster on request. If you order 50k+ for one day, expect us to confirm that is really what you want. Hourly pacing is the default (spread through the day). A specific daily window (for example 4am–12pm) is available via support; it can slow large orders if that window has little inventory.
Website URL
Paste the exact landing URL. It must be live, allowed under the terms, and ready before we start. Changing the URL later needs a new check and can delay the campaign.
If you ordered native ads and care about GA4, add the UTM before checkout:
https://yoursite.com/offer/?utm_source=netotraffic&utm_medium=native&utm_campaign=your-test
If you shorten a URL, shorten the already tagged address. On banner campaigns, extra tracking we allow is cutt.ly or bitly only — not Goo.gl (it is gone), not a random shortener. If you need sessions in GA4, buy native ads instead of hoping a shortener will make banners look like native ads.
Most banner campaigns should use the real site URL and the stats panel. That is the cleanest path.
Step 4 — Prepare the page
Buying traffic is half the campaign. A slow, mismatched, or popup-heavy page will bounce no matter who sent the visit. We do not fake time-on-site.
- Popups on load or exit — disable them for banner / website ads. They annoy people and slow delivery. Native ads are more flexible on format; still do not use malware or illegal pages.
- Autoplay sound or video — turn it off. Videos are fine if the visitor presses play.
- Speed — visitors decide in a few seconds. Host, compress images, test with GTmetrix or PageSpeed. A campaign on a 12-second page is paying people to wait.
- One message, one action — match the niche you bought. Do not send health visitors to a generic homepage with five competing CTAs.
- Ads on the page — a few are fine. A wall of ads looks like a trap. Prefer a clean landing URL for tests.
- Mobile — if you bought mobile traffic, the form and checkout must work on a phone. Desktop-only pages bounce; that is the page, not “fake traffic.”
Full pre-flight list: landing page checklist before you buy traffic.
After we receive the order we check that the URL is valid and the time span is reasonable, then that the page matches the terms (no malware; banner campaigns: no frames / sound / popups that block premium fill). Clean pages go out faster. Pages that break the terms can be rejected, cancelled, or filled slowly — often only a few hundred visits a day.
On working days most campaigns start within a few hours, up to about a day. First order: you get stats-panel login by email. Later orders: an activation email when traffic starts.
Step 5 — Track your traffic
Proof of delivery is the stats panel for that ad: visitors delivered vs total, remaining, geo, niche, URL, status, pause, and URL change when you need it. There is no IP list to download — the panel counts unique IPs sent to the ordered URL and shows the total, not individual addresses.
What the panel counted
After (or during) delivery, the row for that ad looks like Visitors delivered: 15,000 / 15,000 (100%). Remaining is 0 when the order is complete. That number is unique IPs to the URL you ordered. It is not GA4 users and it is not conversions.

Same screen, same dates, walked through with GA4: how to read a website traffic campaign.
Two counters will not match 1:1, and that is normal:
- Panel — unique IPs we sent to the URL you ordered (the delivered / total bar).
- GA4 — sessions after your tag runs. Ad blockers, consent banners, and people who close the tab before the tag fires all cut the Google number.
Why the gap happens: panel unique IPs vs GA4 sessions.
If you bought native ads
GA4 must fire on the exact URL. Filter Acquisition to session source netotraffic. Realtime is noisy; standard reports often need a day. Compare the same date range as the panel. Walkthrough: how to see visits in GA4.

If you bought banners
Empty or Direct / (none) in GA4 does not mean we sent nothing. Use the panel bar. Optional extra click tracking: cutt.ly or bitly only, set on the order URL from the start. We do not accept Google Analytics as proof of delivery on banner placements — the referrer is often missing. That is a measurement limit, not a license to ignore the panel.
If something is wrong
Pause in the panel first (Stats → Pause). Then fix the page, the tag, or the URL. Traffic already delivered is not refunded; unused volume can be credited under the order terms if you contact us promptly after pausing. Do not wait until remaining hits 0 if the landing URL is broken.
Quick checklist before you pay
- Goal is a page action, not a Google ranking.
- Traffic type matches how you will measure (panel vs GA4).
- Country and niche match the page language and offer.
- Time span is spread out; under 10k is not stretched past 30 days.
- URL is live, tagged if native ads, no surprise redirect that strips the UTM.
- No load/exit popup or autoplay sound on a banner campaign.
- You know how to open the stats panel when the activation email arrives.
Common questions
Is this legal with Google AdSense?
We sell paid visits, not “AdSense-safe traffic.” Follow Google’s publisher policies yourself. If the page is made only to inflate ads, do not order.
Will this rank my site?
No. Rankings need content and links. This guide is how to buy visits.
How many visitors should I buy first?
Enough to see bounce and delivery, not a magic conversion number. A few thousand is a normal test. First-time banner campaigns cap at 50k.
When does traffic start?
After URL review, usually hours, up to about one working day.
Can I change the URL mid-campaign?
Yes, from the panel — it has to be re-checked, which can pause fill until it is approved.
Why does GA4 not match the panel?
Different jobs. The panel bar is unique IPs we sent. GA4 counts tagged sessions. Use native ads + UTM when you need the Google screenshot; use the panel when you bought banners.
Can I download an IP log?
No. The current panel does not list individual IPs. Delivery is the visitors delivered / total bar on the order row.
What happened to Alexa / Goo.gl in this guide?
Alexa rank is not a campaign goal here. Goo.gl shutdown. Banner extra tracking is cutt.ly or bitly. Native ads use your real URL plus a UTM.

Well in my case, I don’t want to spend more than $0.01 per visitor, so I set the location range to anywhere in the world (as just choosing UK/US gets you none or only a couple hits for that price) so the bulk of traffic that comes through is from other countries which is not worth much to advertisers.
